Valentine or not Valentine? That is the question:)

This weekend we have been overexposed to Valentine, pink and red hearts/roses. Strangely (is it?) enough Valentine is becoming from a typical American holiday to a world seasonal holiday. And service and sale brunch is pressing out all the market possibilities of it. We are not judging anyone for their opinion of Valentines day, and we are not taking up the discussion of Valentine or not Valentine.  But we are posting some cool V card ideas for everyone: believers or skeptics, singles and not-singles, and a recipe for all those who just fancies good chocolate cupcakes to have a beautiful day.

The perfect card for Valentine skeptics and bacon-lovers:)

Why not use the Valentines day to say the most important words: I don´t wanna be with u:)

The perfect card for the BFF:)

When Valentine is not exactly your thing, but you want to send that important message...

A capitalist Valentine greeting to that special socialist friend of yours:)

And to those who like chocolate cake to share or have it by themselves. This is the easiest ever chocolate cupcake recipe, and we promise it tastes amazing!

Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients:

250 gr butter
215 gr chocolate
5 eggs
200 gr sugar
110 gr flour

- Cut butter and chocolate  into smaller pieces and melt over cooking water.
- Separate egg whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks with sugar and flour, add the whites and mix well.  Add the mixture into the melted chocolate-butter.
- Pour mixture into the muffin/cupcake forms 2/3 full.

The cupcakes are baked in the oven for 200 C for 7 minutes. They must be solid on the outside, but fluid inside. Voila!

Decoration: Use Oreo cookies and M&Ms to create similar cute owls if you want to put an extra effort into the cupcakes:)
