Undoubtfully most famous heels in the world are celebrating its years of existence. In 1991 French Christian Louboutin openned his first salon in Paris with Princess Caroline of Monaco as her firstcutomer. Ever since then extremely high shoes with red soles and signature red Christian Louboutin have become shoe classics.
To celebrate this anniversary, the house has choosen to collaborate with the Parisian cabaret Crazy Horse. 4 hot choreographies around the ‘language of legs’, as Louboutin calls it, and teamed up with talented music people hace staged the show called ‘Feu’ (‘fire’), which will open on March 5th. But the anniversary celebrations don’t stop there, his first ever UK retrospective opens at the Design Museum in London in March, and there’s the book, out soon. Who knows maybe we are lucky to be in Paris or London this spring and see some of those eye-candies of shoes.
