Vintage

From my research so far I have been quite inspired to look at vintage as a theme for the project. I decided to go out to charity shops and vintage shops and source garments and fabric to help me with the project. I bought a vest top which is of a really interesting floral pattern and is quite vintagy looking, I feel that this would work really well with my theme. As well as this i bought some fabric i couod begin to work with and do samples with. I am already beginning to create a colour palette consisting of pinks, browns, and blues and creams.

In keeping with the theme of laundry I am going to look at 50's launderettes and 50's fashion and i may push my designs in the direction of a 50's style.
